Established in 1969, it is a Band 9 school offering education from Prep to Year 6, with an onsite Community Hub and C&K kindergarten.About The RoleThe Community Hubs program links families with young children to services, support, learning opportunities, and the wider community. Responsibilities include:Supporting and encouraging parent participation in hub, school, and community activities by connecting them to relevant programs and services.Organizing activities, programs, or events aligned with family needs and the objectives of the National Community Hub Program.Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with Community Hub Leaders, community members, services, funding agencies, and early years'' networks.Building the capacity of parents, caregivers, and families to participate actively in the community.Developing and implementing a work plan aligned with school priorities, contractual obligations, and program outcomes, including administration and reporting tasks.Please refer to the attached role description for mandatory requirements.How to ApplyAttach a brief resume with contact details for two referees familiar with your relevant work history.We welcome applicants requiring support to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.
