As a Visual Merchandiser, you work at the heart of the fast-paced fashion business, creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. You guide and support the store team to deliver exceptional inspiration and guidance with competitive convenience, aligned with the H&M brand''s direction and values. You actively drive sales and ensure the strong execution of the Commercial Handbook.Key responsibilities:Ensure garment presentation aligns with the Commercial Handbook, inspiring customers and providing guidance with competitive convenience.Maintain high levels of styling and fashion inspiration in windows and indoor displays.Collaborate with the Department Manager to maximize and drive commercial opportunities within the brand guidelines.Conduct visual and commercial training for store colleagues to support presentation and styling, in partnership with Store and Department Managers.Organize and plan your workload according to business needs, ensuring safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.QualificationsTo succeed as a Visual Merchandiser, you should be passionate about creating inspiring environments for customers and coaching the store team to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience in line with H&M guidelines. You should have strong communication skills and be confident in providing constructive feedback.What you need to succeed:Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate customer needs.Adopt a customer-centric approach with a proven track record in visual merchandising.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze data and develop plans to maximize sales.Ability to delegate, follow up, and coach team members effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues and customers.Additional InformationThis is a part-time role of 25 hours per week.
