You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and align with our brand and experience standards.What Youll Be DoingCoordinating new restaurant builds and refurbishments from start to finishSupporting minor works projects across the networkLiaising with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodiesManaging project milestones with proper documentation and communicationAssisting with budgets, schedules, and cost efficienciesImproving project delivery systems and processesWhat Were Looking ForWe seek proactive, curious individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. Experience in construction, hospitality development, retail, or agency work is desirable.
