Leading a small, high-impact team, this role will play a key part in shaping leadership culture and enabling business transformation at all levelsfrom frontline to senior executives.A few of your responsibilities:Reporting to the General Manager, Learning & Development, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving The Stars leadership development offering for 900+ leaders. Your responsibilities will include:Lead the design and delivery of scalable leadership programs aligned with organisational goals and values.Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to diagnose capability needs across levels and functions.Oversee delivery through a network of facilitators and external partners across multiple sites.Measure and report on the impact of leadership development initiatives.Coach and develop a small internal team to deliver great outcomes.What we are looking for:You are a strategic and hands-on L&D leader with a strong track record in delivering impactful leadership solutions in complex, regulated, or fast-paced environments.
