The EHS, Director position is now available at Australia''s largest pharmaceutical manufacturing site and a major hazard facility.Reporting to the Senior Director EHS APAC, you will engage and lead a team of EHS professionals and be an active member of the site leadership team. You will support a complex manufacturing environment which is undergoing growth through several construction projects and volume expansion programs which will expand our manufacturing capacity and capability.Your RoleLead a team of EHS Specialists and work towards being a team of true partners to functional areasJoint responsibility with Site Leadership for delivering EHS performance improvementProvide EHSS leadership, knowledge and support in the diligent discharge of CSL''s Work Health & Safety responsibilitiesUnderstand EHS risk for the site and ability to translate EHS and risk conversations in plain EnglishMitigate risks in all its manifestations across a manufacturing and construction environmentBe a contributing member of the APAC EHS Leadership team and support global EHS goalsYour skills and experienceExperience in a EHS leadership role with experience in coaching, motivating and supporting EHS professionals to influence the business in meeting required regulatory and company-based goalsA seasoned EHS professional with experience in a manufacturing or construction environment including with regulatory audits and inspectionsFamiliarity with the Regulator (Comcare) and Commonwealth WHS legislation and regulation is desirableDegree qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Science, Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering or equivalentApply now to join in a global industry leader and Australia''s largest pharmaceutical manufacturing facility!
