Our client is seeking the support of an interim HR Manager for three months whilst they are seeking a permanent placement.This position will be based in the mining town of Kalgoorlie and can be offered as residential for three months or on a 5:2 FIFO roster.Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the day to day human resources operations alongside the support of a team of 8.Responsibilities will include:Day to day management of the team - providing coaching and development where requiredManagement of all employee relations and industrial relations related mattersProvision of support to all site based leadership and the CEOManagement of the HR strategic plan and ensuring tracking of all key deliverablesDesign and development of HR initiatives for best practiceThis position does require an immediate start and will FIFO from Perth only.To be successful in your application, you will be a Qualified and experienced HR Manager who has a strong background from within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
