PALAS Consulting is expanding its delivery team to support major upcoming Commonwealth data, cyber, and digital transformation programs.Were seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals in program and project delivery as well as support and advisory roles, across areas including:ICT, Data Analytics, and Cyber Program and Project ManagementPMO and Project SupportRisk, Issue, Knowledge and Change ManagementAgile Delivery CoordinationScheduling and Benefits RealisationStakeholder and Communications ManagementKey Responsibilities:Plan, deliver, and report on complex ICT, Data Analytics and cyber-enabled projects within Commonwealth programs.Lead or support program delivery, schedule development, risk registers, and reporting.Support governance forums by preparing artefacts, packs, minutes, and decision records.Deliver change and communication plans aligned to stakeholder needs and strategic direction.Manage project controls, knowledge bases, and lessons learned artefacts.Interface between delivery teams, APS leadership, and external stakeholders as required.Deliverables:Program and Project PlansReporting Packs and DashboardsGovernance Packs and Meeting MinutesBenefits Realisation FrameworksStakeholder and Comms PlansContinuous Improvement RecommendationsRequirements:Security Clearance: Baseline minimum; NV1 or NV2 preferred for select roles.Location: On-site in Canberra (some hybrid options may be available).Experience:Minimum 5 years in relevant Commonwealth ICT project roles.Strong understanding of SFIA-aligned project frameworks and agile/hybrid delivery.Experience with Defence, Home Affairs, Services Australia, or similar portfolios is desirable.Proven ability to communicate and engage at senior stakeholder levels.Desirable Certifications:PRINCE2, AgilePM, MSP, SAFe, PROSCI, ITIL, or similar.PALAS Consulting is a trusted delivery partner to the Australian Government.
