CFA is seeking a Coordinator Learning and Development (State-wide Training) to help shape and deliver impactful training programs across Victoria.In this role, you''ll design, implement and evaluate training initiatives that enhance the capability of CFA voluntary members and support the sustainability and effectiveness of brigades. You''ll collaborate with internal teams and external training providers to ensure consistent, high-quality training experiences that meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
