The People Advisor will utilize their organizational skills to keep HR information orderly and compliant, while also using their administrative skills to anticipate departmental needs and respond accordingly.The ideal candidate is a positive team player with a can-do and hands-on attitude who can join us in building, motivating, and supporting our Temenos talent. Our HR team collaborates locally and globally to advocate for the people who work at Temenos. Ultimately, our employees are our foundation and greatest value who fundamentally affect business resultsOPPORTUNITIESYou will be a partner with the talent acquisition team in providing a robust new hire onboarding experience and engaging new talent in Temenos.You will provide advice and guidance on the interpretation of company policies and procedures; manage the offboarding process.You will demonstrate and support company initiatives and strategy to engage, recognize andreward staff at all levels.You will become a first-level resolution with employees with regard to policies, processes, andinterpersonal conflicts.You will support the manager and staff with general questions and partner with external vendorsfor support.You will manage benefits, 401K, and FMLA, partnering with third-party providers.You will be responsible for all required federal and state required records and reports.You will maintain electronic information in HR systems.You will support HR audits.You will give support in facilities and office management as needed.SKILLS You should have experience in supporting the full gamut of Human Resources areas. You should have an eagerness to improve, learn and grow within the organization. You should have the ability to be comfortable with a high-volume workload and not be afraid to "roll upyour sleeves. You should have the ability to deal with sensitive information and situations with professionalism, tact,and diplomacy. You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a HR Generalist role including experience withemployee relations, engagement, and performance management. You should have the ability to work independently and manage small projects requires criticalthinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. You should have a good understanding of the ADP WFN system or any system from reporting toprocessing payroll. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
