Rundle Place is a premium retail destination in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. The Centre is situated in the heart of Rundle Mall, anchored by South Australias only Apple store, a full-line Coles supermarket and the Adelaide City Library.As the Operations Manager for Rundle Place Shopping Centre, your key focus will be on the operational performance of the asset and management of the ongoing client activities for the asset and be the on-site key point of contact. Day to day you will maintain tenant relationships, contractor management, conduct inspections, obtain quotes & arrange repairs of building services. Youll ensure that the assets are fully maintained with your focus on presentation & maintenance.Your priorities always will be the health, safety & security of all visitors and occupants. Promoting and demonstrating superior customer service and adhering to continuous Workplace Health and Safety cultural improvement will be a key element of this role.Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualificationsIt is preferred that you have experience in a retail environment in similar customer-centric environment, with either a trade or engineering qualifications (mechanical or electrical). Strong communication and customer service skills are sought, along with a proactive and positive work approach .The ability to be assertive when required, to remain calm in pressured situations and a high level of attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.
