You will be proactive, innovative, and look for ways to improve people''s lives through technology.As Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure all contracted services are delivered to clients according to contracts. You will be the single point of contact for customers regarding contracted services, aligning their requirements with Datacom''s service levels. You will support customers end-to-end and collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to support our larger customer base.This role is Brisbane ONLY and cannot be fully remote, though there is flexibility within Melbourne for working location. Passion for customer experience, organized, with an understanding of service delivery and SLA conformance. Familiarity with ITIL and technical frameworks is preferred. Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management are essential.
