Partnering with the Regional Manager Commercial Home Loans, you will jointly own the collective teams aspiration, encompassing both the What and How that the team delivers each year.As a Senior Leader within the Commercial Home Loans business you will be expected to build shared commitment across the region by relentlessly encouraging positivity utilizing a can do attitude, a demonstrable thirst for problem solving and challenging negative sentiments.What will your day look like?You will be a dedicated home and investment lending specialist to the mid-market Commercial client responsible for identifying appropriate products and solutions to meet your customers needs.You will partner with commercial bankers and co-manage clients to deepen relationships in attaining whole of wallet. You will take a holistic approach, helping customers achieve their home or investment property goals while protecting their financial wellbeing. You will proactively connect customers to other ANZ teams who can further support their goals.You will be a driver of Commercials portfolio growth, both by maximising customer inflow and minimising customer attrition. You will contribute to Retail district performance by seeking to outperform against individual target.You will develop strong knowledge of your local market, highlight emerging trends and drive customer and stakeholder referrals.You will proactively identify business development opportunities in the market and be an active referrer of business back into the branch network as well as to our Commercial business partners, by executing on different customer strategies.You will embrace opportunities for change and continuous improvement by developing a deep understanding of the role of other ANZ teams and Leverage, and you will lead improvement initiatives across the region.You will train and coach other lenders and be a go to person to solve complex problems or challenges.
