About the role We are seeking experienced Fixed Plant/Process Operators eager to bring their skills to a world-class, inclusive organization. Youll be part of a friendly team, supported by your leader to grow and achieve your personal goals as well as team objectives. Youll work a lifestyle-friendly 8/6 or 8/6/7/7 roster, providing more time for your personal life. Reporting to the Supervisor, Plant Operations, you will: Operate, inspect, and maintain dry/wet plants. Demonstrate daily commitment to safety. Carry out basic fault finding and diagnosis. Work individually or in teams to meet targets. Conduct routine activities to ensure safe and reliable operation of assets. Perform manual handling for basic maintenance and inspections. Monitor equipment, clean, hose, and identify improvement opportunities in the field. Operate mobile plant equipment as required. Work autonomously to monitor processes safely and effectively.
