Due to our expanding business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our Convenience team!In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within our established customer base by enhancing current relationships and exploring new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the Convenience and Food To Go (FTG) categories. This position requires meeting key objectives and KPIs while marketing a diverse portfolio of products, including chilled and frozen items.Key Responsibilities:Work with Convenience partners to identify and deliver new opportunities, achieving brand distribution targets.Execute business strategies to increase space in multi-site retailers, wholesalers, forecourts, and holiday parks.Build knowledge of account management principles such as budgets, planning, and gross-to-net margin.Develop and nurture customer relationships as directed by the Convenience Controller.Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive brand awareness and distribution.Represent Kepak at events, meetings, and networking opportunities as a Brand ambassador.Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBP), including quarterly updates for key customers where applicable.Manage lead tracker to ensure alignment with Convenience Channel strategy.Handle customer admin requirements, including new line forms, samples, merchandising, and supply chain issues.Report monthly achievements against volume, gross margin, and business plans.Manage promotion activities and evaluate financial ROI.Support internal projects, including working with NPD and Technical teams as directed.Take full responsibility for assigned accounts, nurturing relationships and increasing sales revenue and volume.Education, Experience & Requirements:Degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent.6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or field sales, ideally within FMCG.Full UK driving license required for travel across the UK.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong time management, relationship-building, and organizational skills.This is a hybrid role requiring presence in our Kirkham Office 2 days a week.What We Offer:Company PensionCompany CarFurther Education SupportEmployee Discount PlatformBike to Work SchemeLong Service AwardsGroceryAid Employee Assistance ProgramCorporate Gym Membership at Ribby Hall VillageSubsidized CanteenBUPA Cash Plan#IND #J-18808-Ljbffr
