The program works with school staff and promotes a positive culture of high integrity, self awareness and self improvement.This diverse senior level school compliance officer position presents an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified financial audit or compliance professional to lead and contribute towards supporting schools, and great outcomes for the Department of Education.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to lead a team of two (2) compliance officers as well as managing and undertaking financial compliance audits against the Departments financial management framework.Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and well developed knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework, standards, risk management and best practice methodologies relevant to financial compliance.You will ideally have well developed interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and work independently and in a team environment.The role is based at 151 Royal St East Perth, and requires regular travel to school sites to conduct onsite reviews and provides opportunity to travel around the State.
