Kirinari employ over 1300 staff in various regions across VIC, NSW and TAS.About The PositionThis position is full-time permanent position located at our Lavington office to commence as soon as practicable.As a Senior Workforce Specialist your primary focus will be on the Employee Lifecycle, inclusive of recruitment/onboarding, Employee Relations and RTW/WHS and employee exit with a secondary focus on the development and creation of ongoing efficiencies in our HR systems.Our Senior Workforce Specialist will enjoy the challenges and development opportunities presented by the exposure they receive to a variety of tasks under the Human Resources banner, allowing them to grow their skill set and progress their career.This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire and retain top talent, while keeping our HR systems efficient and up to date.About YouExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsPrevious experience in Human Resources or an operational role with exposure to the HR functionAbility to negotiate and influence positively to achieve business outcomesStrong administration and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail/data entry skillsThrive in a fast-paced environmentEager to develop your existing skill set and progress your careerAbility to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solveAbility to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholdersCurrent Drivers LicenceAbility to pass a National Criminal History CheckCome Join Us!To join our high performing team, please click Apply Now to submit your application.
