You will support planning and reporting processes, ensure strong financial governance, and drive efficiency across business units and retail channels. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will support P&L performance, working capital management, and balance sheet governance while fostering strong partnerships and financial processes organization-wide.You will work closely with stakeholders in the Retail segment, providing insightful reporting and analysis to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:Commercial SupportPartner with stakeholders to drive performance through reporting and analysis.Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities.Provide financial and commercial support to the independents segment.Prepare weekly store reports with key performance metrics.Manage month-end processes for Independents, Digital, and Marketing, including variance analysis.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and identify risks.Monitor and improve working capital across the business.Identify process improvements and reporting efficiencies.About YouThis role suits a motivated and driven commercial finance professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of fostering business growth through data analysis and strategic insights.
