We are a fully independent craft brewery with multiple awards, a rapidly growing wholesale business, a 790-capacity brewpub in Docklands, a brewpub at Knox Ozone, and a brewpub & gin bar at Chadstone, with more openings planned.Due to growth and demand, our third brewpub in Chadstones Social Quarter has outgrown its original location. This presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to oversee the transition to larger premises and make their mark on this exciting evolution.The successful candidate will be a hands-on, front-of-house leader who motivates and inspires their team through a customer-focused approach.
