Youll lead a capable team and be responsible for budgeting, compliance, reporting, and cash flow oversight, while contributing strategic insights to senior decision-makers.You will thrive in this role if youre proactive, values-driven, and experienced in the aged care or not-for-profit sector.Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function, including month-end close, general ledger, and reconciliations. Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and results. Oversee daily treasury operations, liquidity planning, and compliance with loan covenants. Coordinate external audits and maintain robust controls to mitigate financial risk. Drive cost efficiencies and support revenue optimisation. Manage FBT, BAS, GST and other statutory reporting obligations. Lead and mentor a small finance team with a focus on collaboration and development. Drive process improvement and system enhancements across the finance function.To be successful in this role you will require: CPA or CA qualification. Proven leadership experience within finance. 35 years experience in the aged care or not-for-profit sector. Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance and financial regulations. Skilled in financial systems, reporting and risk management. Confident communicator able to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
