You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered, strengths-based, and life-changing services. Reporting to the Director of Community & Allied Health, you''ll be responsible for daily operations, planning, budgets, team development, and service innovation. Youre not afraid to get hands-on when needed. You will need: Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field, Psychology, Social Work/Science, and current registration 3+ years leading diverse teams in health or social care Operational management experience including budgets, planning, and service delivery A passion for person-centered, capacity-building approaches Strong understanding of disability, aged care, and early intervention services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant checks: NSW WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, Police Check, First Aid, Drivers Licence Bonus points for: Advanced Behavioural Support Practitioner Management or Business qualifications Experience in NDIS, Education, Aged Care, or Child & Family services Who We Are Formerly the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Newcastle Anglican is a faith-based organization serving the Hunter and Central Coast.
