Overview:Play a pivotal role in providing senior leadership for the Disciplines academic and research performance, strategy, and growthFixed term (3-year) appointment as Assistant Associate Dean, underpinned by an ongoing Associate Professor or Professor positionRemuneration for Academic Level D ($163,538- $180,166) or Academic Level E ($210,658)Based at City campus but may be required to work and/or be based at other RMIT campusesAbout the RoleThe Assistant Associate Dean, Cyber Security and Software Systems (CSSS) plays a pivotal role within the Schools leadership team, working closely with the Associate Dean to drive academic and research excellence, growth, and strategic initiatives within the Discipline.This position focuses on academic leadership, staff development, and operational support, with a particular emphasis on leading the Software Engineering academic group within the CSSS Discipline.
