Role Responsibilities: Providing first-class customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency. Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals. Building customer rapport and encouraging repeat business. Performing daily branch duties. Additional Information: Previous retail or customer service experience is essential. Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities are required to help customers understand their foreign currency needs. The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, promote our services, and work towards achieving targets. Must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to adhere to procedures.
