Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure and Services, your role will involve safely leading and supporting a team comprised of Electrical Technicians, Contractors and Fire System Inspectors in the maintenance of all non-plant infrastructure on site.Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations namely with S26 Statutory Supervisor.Monitoring of asset electrical integrity and compliance to statutory maintenance & inspection requirementsOverseeing compliance with electrical standards, weekly work schedule, operating standards, procedures.The role will be offered on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth, working 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off.Why Join Us?As an Electrical Supervisor at Mining Area C, youll lead a team of skilled electricians and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to find practical solutions and improve maintenance practises.This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by:Leading with Purpose: Foster a culture of safety, innovation, collaboration and high performance within your team.Delivering results: Able to prioritise effectively in a high functioning environment.Problem Solving Approach: Use analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to optimise maintenance operationsAbout YouTo succeed in this role, youll bring:Leadership Experience: In a mining or heavy industry environment.Technical Expertise: WA A grade Electrical Licence or Engineering.1SAP, planning and work management experienceOperational Knowledge: Demonstrated working knowledge of infrastructure maintenance practises.Safety Leadership: A track record of championing safety initiatives, critical risk management, and fostering a culture of trust and accountability.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems while ensuring efficient and sustainable outcomes.Collaborative Mindset: Interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Positive and motivated people leader with a focus on culture and team diversityStep into a role that offers opportunity, and purpose.
