Join us in our mission to create sustainable and memorable guest experiences.THE ROLE:Reporting to our Front Office Manager, this role ensures that shifts across the Front Office department run smoothly, efficiently, and continue to provide outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include managing the Front Office Team, overseeing check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accurate administration, and ensuring compliant business management. You will promote the hotel effectively and communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.ABOUT YOU:To succeed, you should demonstrate:A genuine ambition for hotel collaboration with strong leadership skills and experience in elevating service standardsRecent and demonstrable Front Office Management experience in high-end establishmentsStrong IT skills, preferably with Opera PMS experienceRelevant long-term and permanent working rights in AustraliaA high standard of customer service and deliveryA tertiary qualification in Hospitality and/or Hotel ManagementEnergetic and ambitious with a drive for excellenceA people-centric, creative, and respectful approach to developing effective working relationshipsPlease note that we are seeking candidates eligible to work in Australia.
