About The Role During an exciting transformation, we seek a Treatment Room Team Leader for our busy Bunbury practice, serving the community with diverse onsite services. You will conduct clinical duties including health assessments, immunisations, and assist with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management. Key Responsibilities Manage services within the treatment room and support healthcare professionals. Perform clinical duties such as pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation, under HCP direction. Build patient relationships to ease procedures or treatments. Triages patients and assists HCPs during procedures. Support the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and staff performance management. Ensure SOPs are known and followed through liaison with PM and staff. About You Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute settings; leadership experience is a plus. Passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing. Proactive, able to work independently, and contribute to team growth. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
