Senior Finance Manager, Pacific Financial ControlJoin to apply for the Senior Finance Manager, Pacific Financial Control role at CBRE Asia PacificAbout the roleLead and coordinate a timely, accurate month-end close process in line with US GAAP and Group reporting timelines.Oversee all local statutory reporting, indirect tax, and corporate income tax filings in collaboration with auditors and tax advisors.Ensure consistent application of financial and operational controls, including SOX and global policies.Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records and systems, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.Partner with CFO, Finance Business Partners, and regional/global teams on key initiatives, accounting treatments, and policy changes.Provide guidance on technical accounting matters, including US GAAP and IFRS interpretations.Lead and develop a high-performing controllership team.Coordinate with Shared Services, Tax, and Treasury teams for smooth operations and compliance.Contribute to global finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.About youQualified Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with minimum 10+ years post-qualified experience.Experience with US GAAP, ASX environment, or Big 4 audit is highly advantageous.Strong knowledge of AIFRS, local tax (FBT, GST), and POC accounting.Expertise in financial control, audit, and internal controls.Proven leadership skills to manage teams in Brisbane and offshore.Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to stakeholders.Hands-on problem solver with resilience and adaptability.Whats in it for you?Work with an experienced team and leader.Diverse opportunities for professional growth.Comprehensive benefits including educational, financial, health, and wellbeing programs, plus volunteer days.Recognition as a Family Inclusive Workplace in Australia.About usCBRE is the worlds leading commercial real estate services and investment firm, dedicated to creating real estate solutions that enable businesses and people to thrive.
