ALDI Good Different.About The RoleGrow your career with a global retailer as an Executive Manager - Human Resources at ALDI Australia, based in Minchinbury. This fixed-term role runs until December 31, 2027. You will be part of a broad HR team focusing on inclusion & diversity, recruitment, learning & development, and HR projects, supporting the entire employee lifecycle. HR is strategic and impactful at ALDI, aligning initiatives with business goals and fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment.
