Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads.About the role:We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our Communications team, and contribute to the Spark North East Link project by providing comprehensive knowledge and support on communications, community relations and stakeholder relations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain the team supplier list, and research new suppliers as needs arise.Undertake any other administrative or support duties as identified.Work with the Communications Team to prepare communication materials, work notifications, fact sheets, publications, presentations and display materials to support the Construction Community and Communications Engagement PlanCoordinate photography and videography shootsAssist with planning and execution of internal eventsWork in conjunction with the Communications Team to coordinate approval of communication materials through Project CoUndertake any other administrative or support duties as identified.Assist the Stakeholder and Communications Director in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports collating and drafting content as requiredMinimum requirements:Bachelor''s degree qualified, qualifications or experience in Community & Stakeholders functionExperience in the construction industry highly regardedStrong personal organisation skillsFlexible, able to work under pressure and to deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong team focusWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageStaff eventsGenerous parental leaveStrong culture charterOpportunity to work on a landmark infrastructure projectProfessional development and career advancement opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf this opportunity is of interest to you, please click on the Apply now button to register your interest and please also subscribe to Job Alerts to be notified of upcoming opportunities with SPARK.SPARK is committed to equal employment opportunity (EEO) and actively seeks to remove barriers people may face in gaining a successful position on the North East Link Central Package.
