More information canbe found on the Uniting AgeWell website - www.unitingagewell.orgWhy choose Uniting AgeWell?Salary packaging benefit up to $15,900 + $2,650annuallyComprehensive Employee Assistance Programavailable 24/7 for our staffHybrid working modelNot for profit,values-basedorganisationAbout the role:Through building and maintaining strong, credible, collaborative relationships throughout the business, lead the design and delivery of organisational development programs and initiatives which enhance our peoples capabilities, drive a culture of high performance and engagement and align our people with the Uniting AgeWell strategic direction and key priorities.Provide strategic advice and leadership in the planning, implementation, delivery and evaluation of a range of programs and initiatives across the employee life cycleBe accountable for developing and maintaining quality systems and processes to identify, approve, plan, design, implement and evaluate all OD, learning and engagement activities, including training needs analysis, training plans, effective use of resources, accreditation processes, evaluation, audit and monitoring of all training and development programsThis role is based out of our Melbourne CBD office with a hybrid working model (working onsite, from our head office and from home).About you:You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of ourresidents and clients.This is the place for you if you:Post graduate qualifications in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or EducationDemonstrated significant experience in leading an OD and Learning function within a large and complex human services organisation(s)Experience and expertise in strategic planning, particularly in relation to workforceExperience and expertise in leading the design, development and implementation of programs and strategies tailored to meet organisational needs and goalsExpertise in organisational development principles, theories and practices and the capacity to adapt and implement these for the benefit of the organisationUnderstanding of Human Resource management principlesSound knowledge and experience in change managementDemonstrable experience in planning, design and implementation of a workforce competency framework and education and training programs, including curriculum development in the context of a competency frameworkAre committed to being part of a workplace culture based on the BEST way of life (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust)Essentials for working in Aged Care:A current Working With ChildrencheckCurrent and ongoing flu vaccinationsAustralian working rightsAbility to pass a national police clearanceAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply for this role.You can access the position description here:Organisational Development and Learning Director PD - May 2025.pdfApplications close Sunday 8th June.
