Family Support Practitioner Location: Shepparton Hours: 0.6 - 0.8 EFT (Permanent Part-Time) Classification: SCHADS Level 5 Start Date: ASAP About the RoleWe''re seeking a Family Support Practitioner to join a compassionate, family-centred palliative care service in Shepparton.
