You will oversee school business operations and work with the leadership team to recruit, supervise and manage school support staff. You will also play an integral role in managing the building maintenance program. You will ideally be flexible and reliable and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a primary school setting would be highly regarded.The successful candidate will ideally be highly organised, efficient and have strong financial knowledge. They will monitor and report on the financial integrity of the schools operations, providing operational input to financial planning and budgeting. As the manager of the front office, the MCS ensures the reception is welcoming to parents, staff, students, and the community.To be successful in this role, you should possess the ability to plan and prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
