This growth has created new roles within our Adelaide team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Prioritize family-oriented, safety-first management practicesDeliver strong customer service to visitors, contractors, and clientsPerform gatehouse duties and monitor CCTV and access control systemsConduct building patrols, reporting and mitigating security and safety risksIdentify and report hazards and building faults for resolutionProvide support to tenants and facilities managementOversee contractor and delivery management through dock operationsRespond to emergency situations and manage contractorsHandle ad-hoc duties as requiredWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsPrevious experience in Retail and Shopping centre settings (highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid SA Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirableCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
