Our company culture fosters collaboration, growth, and a sense of belonging, making it a workplace that employees are truly proud to be a part of.What You''ll Be Working OnIn this senior leadership role, youll be responsible for driving culture, strategy and direction across Design, Drafting, Estimating and Precontract departments.Other key responsibilities include:Manage staff in day-to-day operations and empower them by providing opportunities for growth, mentorship and skill developmentLiaise with Business Development Manager to ensure effective processes and business requirements are metStakeholder engagement with key partners including Architects, Developers, Real Estate Agents and Project ManagersConsistently achieve production targets, KPIs, and timeframes to ensure project successManage and coordinate workload for Estimating, Design, Drafting and Preconstruction teams and associated resourcesWho Will Be SuccessfulTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities and experiences:Strong commercial and residential construction knowledgeDemonstrated leadership qualities in team development, training and people managementExceptional analytical skills and attention to detail High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems for efficient data handlingAbility to read and interpret drawings, reports, plans, and specifications to understand project requirementsKnowledge of on-site construction workflows to factor in all cost elementsResilience and a willingness to develop professionally in a dynamic industryA team player, eager to develop people and lead by example through strong leadershipWhy ABN?Working with Dale Alcock Projects and the ABN Group means being part of an organisation that values its people and invests in their growth.
