You will be working alongside another payroll officer and reporting into the Payroll Manager.This is a full-time on-going role. The company are based southeast of CBD, in newly refurbished offices, with parking onsite. They operate a hybrid work model, with 1 day working from home.I am looking for an experienced payroll professional who is system savvy and has a background in aged care or healthcare.About the Role:End-to-end payroll processing for both permanent and casual staffMaintain employee data, pay rates, leave entitlements, and employment changesRespond to payroll queries and liaise with HR and other departments to ensure data accuracyIdentify and support process improvements within payroll systemsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreementsYou will have:Proven payroll experience in aged care or healthcareStrong understanding of relevant awards, legislation, and enterprise agreementsExperience using Humanforce or similar payroll and rostering systems (highly desirable)Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of data integrityStrong communication skills to explain payroll matters clearly to non-technical stakeholdersA team player with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetHigh level of discretion and confidentiality when handling employee informationBenefits:Free on-site parkingWork from home one day per weekBe part of a purpose-driven organisationSupportive, team-oriented culture with long-term career opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
