We aim to lead change in perceptions of ageing, recognizing it as a positive societal force and giving a voice to those with stories to tell.We are currently seeking a Procurement Excellence Manager Digital & Performance to join our Procurement team.Fixed-term contract for 6 months to cover extended leavePart-time (0.8FTE) with flexible work days, based at our new West Perth officeFlexible/hybrid working arrangements, including work from home optionsReporting to the General Manager - Procurement, this role will focus on:Researching best practices to improve procurement processesDriving continuous improvement to enhance business performanceProviding data insights to support commercial decision-makingThe role emphasizes the ongoing development of procurement processes, team development, and digital transformation initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Leading the development of procurement systems and processes with stakeholdersAdvancing procurement through increased digitalisationResearching procurement trends and exploring process and technology opportunities aligned with a digital roadmapUtilizing data to generate meaningful insights and presenting them clearly across organizational levelsApplying project management skills to initiate and implement continuous improvement projectsAbout youYou are an experienced procurement professional with strong systems and process expertise, a mindset geared towards continuous improvement, and a focus on enhancing business performance.
