Your responsibilities Manage people, processes, and tools for production & systems integration, including acquisition and installation of new equipment. Ensure facilities and infrastructure meet the needs of production with proper specifications. Research and implement production methods and initiatives. Oversee electrical and mechanical works supporting production testing before systems integration. Plan and optimize utilization of production facilities across Sydney and Brisbane, working with the Director Service & Operations. Collaborate with Systems Integration Teams within CD&S. Develop a team of technicians for electrical and mechanical works prior to handover to systems teams. Manage post Factory Acceptance Testing preparations for shipping. Support the PCA in TRR preparations, under the V&V Managers responsibility. Schedule and control production works on an annual or longer basis. Align with EU best practices and company initiatives. Implement work, health, and safety requirements. Monitor production output and costs, adjusting processes and resources to minimize expenses in collaboration with the Director Service & Operations. Qualifications Several years of relevant professional experience. Deep understanding of Rohde & Schwarz production processes is advantageous. Engineering degree. Relevant management experience.
