Opportunity to join the most exciting development in Perth, working on over a billion dollars worth of work and a project pipeline of over eight years worth of work already confirmed.They have a number of projects coming up in central locations and they require Site Manager''s with head contractor experience to assist getting these projects out of the ground. Projects include high rise residential complex, community facilities, sporting facilities.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEffective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipmentDelivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criterias of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process complianceLead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviors are aligned with company valuesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and externalSupervise and coordinate all site activities including labourEnsure effective planning and communication of all activitiesDesired experience:Previous experience working for a head contractor is essentialExperience working on commercial new build projects $80m+Proven experience as a Site Manager working on construction projects in PerthProven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safetyFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Beth Hampson-Smith on 0478 041 269 or click apply.
