You will serve as a technical point of contact for team members, providing advice to senior stakeholders, and ensuring operational and strategic W&S support across the organization. You will also be responsible for delivering W&S solutions that minimize regulatory exposure and support the implementation of W&S strategies.You will provide strategic insights and analysis to Divisional Leaders and the W&S Leadership Team. This role offers an opportunity to influence safety culture and practices within a dynamic banking environment.Role DetailsRole Type: PermanentLocation: Melbourne, Sydney, BrisbaneWork Hours: Full time (40 hours/week) or Part time (32 hours/week)Key ResponsibilitiesLead and collaborate within a team on W&S initiativesProvide operational and strategic Wellbeing and Safety supportParticipate in W&S projects, ensuring objectives are metBuild relationships with stakeholders and promote W&S practicesEnsure compliance with governance, policies, and legal requirementsQualifications & SkillsOperational experience in Health, Safety, and WellbeingQualification in health and safety or related fieldStrong influencing, coaching, and negotiation skillsExperience developing solutions to health and safety issuesAbility to build collaborative relationshipsInterest in data-driven improvement in W&S programsCommitment to ongoing professional development and legislative updatesAt ANZ, a growth mindset is valued.
