With a strong reputation for excellence, we provide a supportive environment where your professional growth is a priority.What Youll Be DoingManaging a small portfolio of commercial properties to develop hands-on experience under the supervision of our head of department.Supporting senior property managers with day-to-day tasks while learning from their expertiseLiaising with tenants, landlords, and contractorsCoordinating maintenance and inspectionsAssisting with lease agreements, lease renewals and compliance requirementsAssisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasksAssisting with the onboarding of new properties and tenants into our management systemFinancial management and reportingWhat Were Looking ForStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsA university degree will be highly regarded, but not mandatoryAttention to detail, good with numbers and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious exposure to real estate or property management will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.Previous experience with organising trades and maintenance will be highly regarded, but not mandatory.A valid drivers license and reliable carReal estate salesperson licence (Qld) Required.
