The Opportunity:The Engagement Assistant Director is a key leadership position within the Group/Branch Leadership Team. The role involves managing people, programs, and stakeholder relationships, contributing to overall branch performance.The role nurtures and manages a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships and networks. They have delegated authority to resolve issues and manage risks across various activities.The Engagement Assistant Director works independently under broad direction from the Director. They may oversee projects for the branch or larger agency projects, supporting the development of strategic plans, business cases, and improvement initiatives.This role provides expertise in areas such as corporate services, project management, community engagement, and culture.
