One day you could be leading the design for a new self-service feature, and the next analysing an opportunity for process automation. This role bridges member needs with business objectives, working collaboratively with stakeholders to define problems, establish success metrics, and oversee initiatives from concept through to delivery of measurable outcomes.In this influential position, you''ll work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business objectives and member needs into actionable plans, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable value while maintaining alignment with RACT''s strategic vision.What youll be doing:Develop and champion a prioritised roadmap of initiatives spanning member experience and operational improvements.Evaluate and prioritise initiatives based on strategic value, member impact, and organisational benefit.Define clear problem statements and success criteria that guide solution development across multiple domains.Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.Collaborate with experience design teams, business units, technology partners, and delivery teams.Manage a portfolio of products and services, ensuring continuous improvement and member satisfaction.Build effective relationships across all business units to understand their needs and align priorities.Report on progress and outcomes with a focus on incremental value delivery.Develop business cases for investments, clearly articulating value propositions and expected returns.What youll bring:Proven experience in product management across diverse business domains, with experience in financial services or regulated environments highly regarded.Ability to manage and prioritise a varied backlog of initiatives with competing priorities.Experience in translating stakeholder requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.Strong facilitation skills to drive consensus in a complex stakeholder environment.Understanding of both business operations and member experience principles.Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or related discipline.Product Management certification highly regarded (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management Certification).Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.At RACT, were not just a workplace were a community.
