The Enhance team within AMS (Application Managed Services) specializes in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring successful implementations, and driving business value and continuous improvement for our existing AMS clients.TechnologyOne''s Financials (FIN) product is a game changer for businesses, offering a simple finance solution with the agility to adapt, provide powerful real-time insights, and support their business plans for success.What you''ll be doing...As a Senior Consultant, you will proactively deliver contracted consulting services and drive continuous improvement for our customers across our many products. Your duties will include:Contributing to multiple complex project implementations by providing expert domain knowledge of TechnologyOne''s Financials product throughout the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, training, testing, and support through to customer ''go live''.Inspiring and fostering a collaborative consulting team culture, focusing on professional development, and promoting a high-performance environment.Managing projects using our chosen tools, processes, and methodologies in line with contractual and program specifics.Establishing and maintaining engagement as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders, proactively managing risks through standard processes.Collaborating with the broader Application Management Services (AMS) team to ensure continual evolution of our offerings, processes, systems, and tools.Demonstrating expert understanding of TechnologyOne''s Financials product.Possessing high-level knowledge of operational processes, product implementation, and transformation activities.Having a background with ERP systems or other complex software products, ideally SaaS.Managing complex projects effectively to deliver customer outcomes efficiently.Engaging in consulting and building strong relationships with senior-level customers, leveraging a consultative mindset.Being customer-centric, advocating for customers, and delivering a compelling customer experience.Developing and leading people around you.TechnologyOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity and an inclusive workplace.
