You may be an experienced EL1 Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner with strong technical accounting skills and relevant tertiary qualifications. While CPA or CA qualifications are highly desirable, your ability to navigate complex financial systems and deliver results will be equally valued. Alternatively, you might have a consulting background, working at the Manager level or above in a Big 4 or similar consulting firm, with experience in Federal Government engagements related to management accounting.It is essential to demonstrate a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence others to resolve accounting challenges effectively.
