This role offers the opportunity to play a strategic advisory role across a diverse portfolio of developments and infrastructure initiatives. This is a highly visible and team management role.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal perspectives that help shape project strategies and influence key business decisions.Deliver pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice on major development initiatives, including land transactions, project planning, construction activities, and sustainability or infrastructure-related matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of project-related agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and alignment with business objectives.Work closely with internal stakeholders including project delivery, operations, procurement, and technical teams to integrate legal considerations into all stages of planning and execution.Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
