This role directly impacts revenue growth by managing the P&Ls of CDTM products. The manager will coordinate with Product Directors and other managers to ensure cohesive delivery of customer solutions, advocate for product offerings, and support the implementation of products and projects with internal and external resources. Developing product training and serving as a product knowledge expert are also key responsibilities.This person will also:Develop and manage the strategic plan for assigned products, including value propositions, performance metrics, segmentation strategies, and growth initiatives.Review market developments, evaluate new products/services, and manage their development or modification.Coordinate the design, development, and implementation of new or modified products/services and channels.Set priorities, timelines, and revenue goals for product initiatives.Evaluate profitability data and recommend strategic changes.Coordinate communication related to product development and implementation.Ensure technical support and resources are aligned with product needs.Develop methods to monitor market trends, share, and perception.Lead interdepartmental efforts to generate ideas for new or improved products/services.Identify resources for product development and ensure compliance with legal, audit, and credit standards.Maintain effective communication flows across business units.Recommend annual budgets for product development, in line with strategic goals.Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience (Required)4-7 years in product management, development, or related fields with extensive TM product knowledge (Required)AAC - Accredited ACH Professional within 2 years (Required)CTP - Certified Treasury Professional within 2 years (Preferred)Benefits:Retirement plans including 401(k) and PensionPaid community volunteer timeDiversity-focused colleague resource groupsCompetitive salary with professional growth opportunitiesAdditional benefits: well-being programs, parental leave, employee stock purchase, military benefits, and morePersonal banking, loan, investment, and insurance benefitsWe serve over 120 communities across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.
