You will work closely with specialists, external partners, and internal teams to deliver superior member outcomes. The role is responsible for ensuring we take the right amount of risk within our appetite to achieve our strategy.Some of your duties will include:Ensure risk is represented in business streams and proactively considered from inception to delivery.Coordinate and manage stakeholder relationships across Lines 1, 2, and 3 related to the program.Influence stakeholders with insights, lessons learned, and data to support decision-making.Apply the Enterprise Risk Management Framework to assess risks against appetite over multiple time horizons.Develop and propose effective mitigant options to bring risks within appetite, considering costs, sustainability, and efficiency.Identify, understand, and assess delivered risks, new business risks, and changes to existing risks and controls.Act as a trusted advisor to the program and senior leaders, supporting governance and decision-making practices.What You''ll NeedRelevant tertiary qualifications.Experience in risk, compliance, and governance within financial services or highly regulated environments.Experience with large organizational transformation or mergers.Experience with operations and administration is highly regarded.Ability to work effectively with senior executives across disciplines.Ability to interpret and translate corporate policy and regulatory requirements.Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide constructive challenge, oversight, advice, and influence senior stakeholders.Life at AustralianSuperWe are committed to colleague development through ongoing learning, coaching, and training, offering career opportunities across our expanding global organization.
