You will contribute to driving profitable growth and development of our Queensland Economics & Property services, focusing on delivering client work and building relationships.The Role:Contribute to asset strategy and urban economics advice across property sectors including residential, retail, tourism, health, and mixed-use.Work on a variety of projects for Urbis clients, collaborating across teams such as economics, town planning, urban design, and transport.Manage and conduct field research to gather data from diverse sources.Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of research data.Support advice provision and develop skills in data analysis.Prepare and analyze data for consulting assignments, assisting in delivering property advice.Proficiently use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage databases and present data.Assist in preparing presentations, drafting reports, and incorporating client feedback.Develop skills in new data presentation methods, e.g., Power BI.About You:This role suits someone with 4-6 years'' experience in property consulting, with competencies including:Qualifications in Property Economics, Urban Planning, or related fields (preferred).Relevant property industry experience, ideally in consultancy.Decisive and transparent communication skills.Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence presenting to senior staff.Ability to provide constructive feedback and support team development.Why Urbis?We foster an inclusive, flexible, and diverse environment.
