Kotti Capital is the single family office of a first generation Australian entrepreneur.Were seeking someone to support across all of our day-to-day operations to assist the team in executing at speed from our office in Melbourne. The candidate will also have the opportunity to assist in the provision of strategic and operational support for portfolio and platform companies.This position is designed for someone with 3+ years of experience in office & operational administration, with a preference for those with an interest in venture capital & the verticals that we fund. Given the multi-faceted nature of Kottis activities, the role offers access to a wide range of tasks and learning opportunities, with opportunities to grow into other roles in the future.To apply for this role, email opportunities@kotti.capital with a brief overview of your background, why you want to work at Kotti Capital and why you think you''d be a fit for the role.About the role:Ownership of the financial and accounting management of The Groups business units as well as invested companies as needed.Act as Compliance Officer on the Groups Australian Financial Services LicenseAct as primary liaison between the Group and third-party tax agents and auditorsPlaying a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, including:Generating and processing invoicesMatching expenses to purchase orders and preparing for paymentUndertaking EOM financial reporting, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss reconciliationPreparation of quarterly BAS and draft journalsDraft Board Resolutions and Maintain Meeting MinutesManage debtorsto the firmMonitor and record in the system the Work-In-Progress (WIP) costing of projects.
