In this dynamic role, youll partner closely with key internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, accurate management reporting that drives informed decision-making across the business.Whats on offer:Salary $115,162 - $139,851 + SuperannuationFulltime, Fixed term 2 year contractFlexible work options & generous leave provisions, including a monthly ADOHigh visibility role with meaningful impact on business performanceCollaborative and forward-thinking finance leadership teamKey Responsibilities:As our Senior Finance Business Partner, youll be accountable for:Build strong relationships with budget managers, executives, operational teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information exchangeDeliver timely and accurate financial analysis to aid informed decision-making.Collect, analyse, monitor, interpret data and information, and make recommendations to ensure key financial outcomes are achieved.Prepare formal documentation to a high standard for submission and/or presentation to Stakeholders, Funding Bodies, Senior Management and Executive Management. .Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.About you:Strong working knowledge and experience in financial management together with qualifications acquired through:A tertiary degree in Accounting or equivalent.CPA or CA qualification or equivalent experience (preferable but not essential).Proven experience in finance business partnering or senior management accounting role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A valid and current Australian workers rights.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI skills with the ability to use complex formulas.Sound like you?
