And in case you hadnt guessed,P&C are the culture championsaround here.Heres what youll be doing:Owning your own portfolio of early learning services and acting as a trusted recruitment partner to our Service Managers. Working closely to understand their workforce needs and plan proactively.Picking up the phone and calling candidates to screen for suitability, values alignment, and long-term potential.Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, coordinating interviews, reference checks, compliance, negotiating offers and onboarding.Bringing ourEVPto life in every conversation, helping candidates understand what makes Story House a great place to grow.Using our ATS (PageUp experience = big tick!) to drive process, accuracy, and efficiency.What makes you right for this role:Youre a natural relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.Youre adaptable, you understand that recruitment doesnt stand still and processes evolve quickly.You have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on accuracy, especially when it comes to compliance.You bring a people-first mindset, without losing sight of timelines, processes, and outcomes.Youre confident assessing candidate potential and know how to share a compelling EVP.Story House Early Learning is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
